1. Age & Qualification
You must be 21+ years old. You represent you are a qualified researcher affiliated with a legitimate research entity. We may request proof of age, affiliation, or credentials. Failure to verify = order cancellation and forfeiture of payment.

3. Assumption of Risk
You assume full and sole responsibility for: safe handling/storage/transport/disposal, OSHA compliance, training of all handlers, and any consequences including injury, illness, or death from use or misuse.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Midnight Aesthetics shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from purchase, possession, handling, use, or misuse — including personal injury, death, property damage, environmental contamination, lost profits, or regulatory fines. Each production batch can vary. Batch-specific testing ensures the exact product you receive has been independently verified — not just a representative sample from a different run.

Product Handling
Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials.
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water that contains a small amount of preservative to help prevent bacterial growth. It's commonly used to reconstitute lyophilized products.
Store sealed vials in a cool, dry place — ideally refrigerated between 2–8°C. Keep away from direct light and moisture.
Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and use within the timeframe noted on the product label. Avoid repeated temperature changes.
Use clean, sterile supplies. Wipe vial tops with alcohol swabs before use and avoid touching openings directly.
