1. Age & Eligibility
You must be 21+ years old. By ordering, you represent that you are acquiring products solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes and not for human or animal consumption. We may request proof of age and may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2. Research Use Only
All products are exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. NOT for: human consumption/injection/ingestion, veterinary use, clinical/therapeutic/diagnostic use, compounding for human/animal use, or any unlawful purpose. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, or medical devices, are not approved or evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 3. Assumption of Risk
You assume full and sole responsibility for: safe handling/storage/transport/disposal, OSHA compliance, training of all handlers, and any consequences including injury, illness, or death from use or misuse.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Midnight Aesthetics shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from purchase, possession, handling, use, or misuse — including personal injury, death, property damage, environmental contamination, lost profits, or regulatory fines. Maximum liability: purchase price of the product(s) at issue.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from all claims, damages, losses, costs (including attorney's fees) arising from your purchase, use, misuse, breach of Terms, violation of law, or misrepresentation of age/qualifications/intended use.
6. No Warranties
Products sold "AS IS". No warranties express or implied. COAs are batch-specific and not a guarantee of suitability for your protocol.
7. Payment
Accepted: PayPal only — pay with your PayPal balance or any major credit/debit card through PayPal's secure checkout. All sales final. No refunds except at our sole discretion for verified shipping damage.
8. Shipping & Local Pickup
Discreet packaging. Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Free local pickup is available for eligible Houston-area customers and requires valid 21+ government photo ID at pickup. We may refuse pickup without valid ID.
9. Privacy
We collect personal information only for order fulfillment, support, and legal compliance, and we do not sell it. Payment is processed by PayPal; we do not store card details. Records are retained 5+ years for regulatory compliance. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
10. Governing Law
Texas law governs. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, TX per AAA rules. You waive jury trial and class action rights.
11. Severability
Invalid provisions severed; remainder in full force. This is the entire agreement.

We may modify Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.

1. Information We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, order contents, and how you heard about us. Payment is processed by PayPal — we never see or store your full card details. If you contact us or join our restock list, we collect the email address you provide.
2. How We Use It
To process, fulfill, and ship orders; to send order confirmations and batch-specific Certificates of Analysis; to provide support; to prevent fraud and misuse; and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are handled by PayPal under PayPal's own privacy policy. Card and PayPal-balance details are entered on PayPal's secure checkout and are not collected or stored by Midnight Aesthetics.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate — our payment processor (PayPal) and shipping/delivery providers — and only as needed to complete your order, or where required by law.
5. Data Retention
Order and compliance records are retained for 5+ years as required for regulatory and recordkeeping purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email us and we will respond as required by applicable law; we may retain certain records where the law requires.

COAs & Verification
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is an independent lab report that documents the testing results for a specific product batch — including purity, identity, and quality. It's your proof that the product has been verified by a third party.
COAs typically cover purity analysis via HPLC, molecular identity confirmation via Mass Spectrometry, and may include endotoxin or sterility screening depending on the product.
Each production batch can vary. Batch-specific testing ensures the exact product you receive has been independently verified — not just a representative sample from a different run.

Product Handling
Products are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials.
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water that contains a small amount of preservative to help prevent bacterial growth. It's commonly used to reconstitute lyophilized products.
Store sealed vials in a cool, dry place — ideally refrigerated between 2–8°C. Keep away from direct light and moisture.
